Average. Dated exterior with modern hi tech interior. Restrooms were cleanish but a lot of fixtures were damaged with repairs. Our order device printer was inop so ordering was difficult.

So McDonald’s locations in the area, especially Greenbriar and Shops Lane, are engaging in THEFT and FRAUD. They will intentionally not fill McFlurry with full amount you paid for. Pay for a Regular? McDonald’s will illegally give you only a smaller Snack size, but put in Regular size cup. Unacceptable and hopefully they’ll get caught by someone who can do something to stop McDonald’s illegal actions.

This is one of my favorite locations — the staff is always courteous and attentive which seems above & beyond for a fast food place! The food is always just right and they keep it nice and clean. I also like the layout; plenty of space and different types of tables, big windows, never too crowded.

My last to times experience in McDonald's was very bad and disappointed but today everything change, I had a very great customer service experience specially with old and young lady, she was picking the stuff and cleaning tables, she reminded us the importance between good service and a great and kind service. Thank you & people like her we need more to have a better world.
