The blonde girl in the drive through chit chats with everyone in her lane. 5 cars passed in the other lane while she was taking her sweet time. What is the point of having mobile ordering if you don't allow one of your lanes to be a mobile express? And furthermore you chit chat with everyone to RE-CONFiRM their exact order they just put in? Pointless. News flash - you can hire fewer employees by promoting mobile and having a mobile express lane- and reward the people who understand basic technology.
