I walked into the branch early afternoon, only a couple of people in line and plenty of employees. All I needed was to add a new recipient for express send. I was told no one was available. Not a busy branch , yet, I was turned down and was told to make an appointment. My regular branch is incredibly accommodating to most walk-in patrons, not the case here. Customer care goes along way these days. This branch didn’t offer this impromptu care.

Showed up five minutes before our appointment…left 5 minutes after our appointment… a little lesson in customer service… don’t walk by your customer 1 minute after their scheduled appointment time without acknowledging them and letting them know you’re going to be late… our money won’t be here long….
