My experience when visiting Burbank Advance Imaging center is the staff was very courteous and professional. The staff seem to all work together as team players. Thank you for making my visit feel welcomed!!

Techs are professional and friendly. However, Kelowna at the Front Desk, seems very angry. Not customer friendly. Other reviewers have comments on how Front Desk is rude because of their minimum wage. I don't think wages are the issue here. Its more of how they were raised and what level of education they hold. They are just angry at themselves and passing that negative energy to customers. When you walk in, stay positive to deal with the Front Desk employees.

My CT with and without contrast of the chest, abdomen and pelvis went well, easy peasy really. Arrived an hour ahead of time as requested, filled out forms, waited and then was called in on time, exams were done, IV placed expertly, no problems with the contrast. Facility is clean. Location and parking relatively convenient, except for handicapped people who have to walk around to the front-no back door. I have had other procedures there and have never had a problem. Recommend.
