I have known Mr. Ye for about 10 years. I first contacted Mr. Ye to ask some questions and guidance about a legal process. Of course car accidents aren't fun for anyone.. My brand new 2021 subaru was hit by a driver who booked it at a red light and the driver didn't have any ID or insurance so I didn't know what to do. Texted back and fourth with Chong Ye and ended up in a zoom meeting with him. He took the time to tell me all the steps in detail on what I should do moving forward with my insurance and on top of that he didn't want to charge me a single penny for taking up his time. Chong Ye is an honest man, he went the extra mile to make sure I'm confident moving forward even in such a tough spot. Will be taking any future auto accidents to him.

Great question! First and foremost, please take care of your health! If you have not already, please discuss your accident and injuries with the doctor of your choice. Talking with our office does NOT automatically make you a client. It does, however, provide you an opportunity to make an informed decision – and that is a great position to be in! Lawsuits are emotionally draining and mentally taxing for some folks while other folks do not believe they should sue someone but instead “turn the other cheek.” If you decide to hire an attorney and sue the person who caused your injuries, you will be seeking compensation for the effects of the accident – not being spiteful. Some things you could receive compensation for include damage to your personal property, reimbursement for medical expenses you incurred because of the accident, loss of current income and potentially loss of future income, if you cannot work.
