Disappointed !! The rooms were clean, however the TV didn’t work . When I asked could I get another room she just said that all the TVs in the hotel weren’t working even though the TV in the lobby was working. Coffee maker was also broken in the room the lobby floors were filthy. There seems to be an issue with staff training at this place the front desk attendants didn’t seem to know what they were doing . Don't plan on returning.

Do not, should not, would not 6/12/2022 Got in late get the keys to the room. Walk in room dirty bedding on the floor floor stained with God's knows what. me being so tired I went to the front desk young lady did everything she possibly could even went to clean a room for us to stay in. Wasn't perfect but she's tried, wake up 7 the next morning to take my daughter to breakfast absolutely nothing of worth for breakfast all the containers empty. My guess this place needs new management house keeping worthless walking around all morning drinking coffee. Cook I guess doesn't have to cook probably one of the worst stays I have ever had and trust me I have had better services at a Crack motel in the middle of Mexico

First let me start off by saying that the rooms are so nice and cozy, The beds and sheets are always clean, neat and comfortable. The staff and manager are all so kind and helpful, they created me every morning I was there and would do everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable for the time I was staying there! They also have a great selection of drinks, snacks, and hygiene care available in the lobby which made it so convenient instead of having to leave every-time I needed something! Will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was extremely unprofessional. Only 1 elevator working and it sounded as if it was going to break down as well. "Full breakfast" had no cereal, white bread or orange juice. Blamed it on covid. Room was filthy and I had to clean the bathroom myself as there were blood spots in the tub. Called front desk only to have them pick up and hang up and then not answer anymore. Drive the extra miles and stay at a nicer hotel in Terrell. This place is a joke.
