Almost all the cardio machines are broken are damaged in some way or other. Over half do not incline. They are not well maintained. But the staff was polite and nice. Signed a two year contract for two and after about half a year wanted out. During signing they said we could cancel anytime and just pay a small fee. That's a lie, the fee is the full contract amount >$1600 for remaining months. Also there are hidden fees for equipment upkeep which is not being done. Gym is a good size and has a decent amount of free weight/machine but could use some more plates. When gym is full you have to run around trying to find plates. If the cardio machines were better maintained, and place was cleaner I would have given it 4 stars.. no five stars because contract has no reasonable cancelation policy.

Visiting from out of town and had to get my gym fix. Got my workout done but this gym lacks attention from staff. Restrooms are a mess or at least they were when I was there. They’ve got a cool area in the back to work on squats and other cardio stuff. My issue with that back area is people and their own LOUD Bluetooth speakers. Seriously? No one wants to hear your taste in music, especially when it drowns out my headphones. There was a group of 4 or 5 women blasting their loud music while they danced or whatever. It was very loud that I could not listen to my own music on my AirPods. In my opinion, very rude. I wanted to let staff know but could not find any and also didn’t want to be that guy. I’ve been to many gyms and they don’t allow Bluetooth speakers, that’s why we have personal headphones. Also, people down here are messy and nasty , they don’t rack their weights when done or wipe down their equipment. Wiping down and racking back your weights is common gym etiquette. This is why I say this gym lacks staff attention to tend to these issues and go around checking. Owner or GM should look into these issues as I am sure it bothers others that actually come here daily, good thing I don’t. I’ll visit Dallas (Forney) again but next time I’ll check out a different gym.

seems like anyone could go into the gym towards the evening/afternoon when it is left unstaffed. careless members & non-members hopping around from machine to machine leaving the whole gym a mess by not wiping down equipment; leaving mats, dumbbells, barbells lying around instead of re-racking what they've used. Restrooms always have a terrible odor. What's the point of having to pay to have "access" to the front door if all you have to do is pull the door to open, you dont even need to scan your key fob. My sister & I have wanted to cancel our membership two months into our membership but not worth having to pay out what's left of our contract so all we really can do is stick it out. Oh, & in the mornings if you're in the back when the trainer goes in to work out with her group, expect all of the equipment that was laid out for your use to just be removed so she could use the space without asking if it's ok.

This is a huge gym and I love the equipment! I am pretty new to exercise and gym environments, but the manager has shown me how to use many different machines and always makes me feel welcome. I have recommended this gym to several friends and family!
