This place was great! I had ordered some pre-owned controllers online from GS and neither one worked. I took them back to the store to just return them, but the young lady here was amazing and offered 2 that she had in store, tested them out to make sure they worked, and even upgraded one of them for me. I will definitely be back!

Walked in to pre order a game. While I was ordering the game two other employees were entertaining a very rude and prejudiced conversation with a customer about minority’s and the area going bad due to them. He referenced Mexicans, Jamaican, blacks and section 8. Being of Mexican decent myself, I was disgusted with the fact that the employees entertained this type of conversation while I was standing next to them paying. Very disappointed with GameStop!

The staff here is typically very friendly and knowledgeable. I had some serious issues with a manager in the past, but he was let go. Here is where the two stars come in. Tonight was the third instance in where I went to purchase a game and when it rang up the price was different. Tonight the sticker had the name of the game and it said 29.99, but it rang up 59.99. The associate who was friendly said "Oh I am sorry it is no longer on sale". I responded that I did not want it. He was polite, and it is not his fault that this happens too many times. I may sound petty, but It kind of feel likes bait and switch.
