It's been a while since I've stopped by a Wendy's. I had some sticker shock when i looked at the prices, but I understand everything getting expensive right now. I used the drive thru, and my recieved my order correctly and it was hot and tasted fresh. Everything came out fast even though it was the lunch rush. Thanks alot!

As a door dasher, the employees refuse to give proper service. Multiple times I've had to pull up and wait for 20 mins because they don't care about my order. Literally 2 items, nuggets and fries, but they can't find time to get it done. Yet they can fill 20 cars behind me no problem. They always have an attitude when it's Door dash.

Our family stopped by this evening and two of our four meals were cold and soggy. We went right back and spoke to the manager, Belyn and her worker, Cayson and they took back our full meals and refused to give us our money back because they failed to give us a receipt initially. This is sad. $30 bucks down the drain because of extremely poor service. Do better guys. You never know if we’re financially struggling or possibly used the last 30 bucks we had to eat. Just sad.

First time I've had the new upgraded fries, they were horrible. No idea why they had to monkey around with the great natural fries they had before. I won't waste my time there again. Customer service was excellent. But I'm a French fry lover, and their fries are now at the bottom of the list, hell burger King and even sonic now have better fries.
