They love what they do and really care about people in their care! I was there because Stephanie is so passionate! she champions her coworkers so it truly is an exceptional experience for residents and families who come to Three Forks!!

I have been working there for 8 years and I can say since we have gotten our new executive director Tara,it is such an enjoyable place to work she is making some great changes to our community and she also gets really involved in our residents activities along with activities for the staff.It is just a great place to work.

Three Forks Skilled nursing community has been busier than ever with a New LEADER in place! Making sure resident care is number 1! Aging in place with a Smile on their Face! Activities are more often and Engaging! Can't wait to see what's next. I am a in and out several times a week , meeting with staff and residents regarding Home Health possibilities and have seen nothing but professional behaviors. Top Notch guys.

I am tired that concerns are ignored. The nurse rather goof off kid around with staff when I am wanting to have a discussion. Wifi system thats free still doesn't work and is treated like no big deal. Can't use our nanny cam and talk to my own without the wifi. This place isn't what it used to be so looking at other places. Concerns are a bother to the new director. The med techs verbal abuse the residents without any consequences meds go missing everything is swept under the rug.
