My family and I stayed there this past weekend. We had 2 rooms I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned the other room one of the beds was broken. The website is not what it says the pictures on the website is not what it looks like. Not that clean. Otherwise the staff was friendly it's close to a shopping center and stores needs some upgrades

Booked this hotel for a 3 day stay since the pictures I saw online looked nice. I was disappointed immediately when I arrived. The lobby was dirty. The first room they put me in was dirty, the toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor, and the shower had mold. They put me in a second room which had roaches in the bed. As a travel healthcare worker, I was tired and didn't have the patience to be moving from room to room only for all of them to be unclean. I asked for a refund and went elsewhere. The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk worker being friendly. If you're booking through a third party, be careful. I had such a hard time getting my refund back from Snaptravel. If you can afford a bit more for a nicer/cleaner hotel, I'd do so. Arlington Arts/Entertainment district has great hotels.

The hotel staff is super friendly !! The room was very nice and not to mention the shower water was steaming hot how I like it. I had the best sleep I have had in a while honestly. I almost didnβt want to leave but I had to go to work of course. The next morning upon turning my room card in, I was greeted by the front desk staff and offered a drink while he checked my room. He returned my deposit and commended me on how I left the room. I will definitely be coming back here. Oh and I booked my room last minute and it was well under $100. Thatβs a plus for how nice that room was !!ππΎ

This hotel served its purpose for just passing through town. Being in the trucking world getting a hotel is always a treat so I'm usually just grateful for the clean room with a bed. Our first room the TV wasnt working and Prince immediately assess the situation and got us move to a new room and I was so grateful that it was a room next to us so we didn't have to move very far with all our belongings. They had picnic tables throughout the hotel which was really nice instead of having to be confined to your room to eat. The hotel is near a plaza with a few restaurants as well. Hammond and Prince were so helpful with the check in - check out process. Rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Other than that everything was fine.

Thank you for your question. The answer to your question really depends on your definition of "soiled". The hotel does not charge if the room and amenities, including linen and terry, are used and suffer normal wear and tear. However, the hotel does charge if the room and amenities, including linen and terry, are damaged beyond use for the next hotel guest. Example: you take a shower and use the towels, that's normal wear and tear, and we wash and replace linen daily in this case. Example: you take the wash cloth and use it to clean your car's tires and the wash cloth is not able to be cleaned by our equipment and detergents, then we charge the hotel guest accordingly. We hope this clears up your question. Thank you!
Breakfast is served from 6am to 9am Monday to Friday, and 7am to 10am on Saturdays and Sundays.
Im not certain about that you would have to contact the hotel
Doesn't seem like a question but I would suggest sending any complaints of the hotel to their corporate office.
