I was very impressed by Ashley! I went in only wanting a simple haircut, cut the sides and leave the top alone.I said that because this was my very first time at this location and other places I’ve gone prior to just messed up my hair. She did exactly what I told her to do but then pointed out the issues with my curly hair that had been bothering me, with out me even bringing it up. That’s when I knew I have finally found my new hair stylist from now on since I’m new to the area. She corrected my hairstyle just the way it’s supposed to be!

I have had my hair cut here for years. Always been given the Senior Haircut and Military Discount. Today the manager told me Active Duty only get the Military Discount. I am a 20 year Retired Navy Veteran. Told her I would give her a review. She said fine. Here we are. This shop is close to my house. I am going to find another place to get a "Regulation Navy" haircut. I recommend any veterans reading this do the same. The actual Stylist was great. This is for the Manager and her attitude. Thank You. Enjoy! After trading several emails with a Reputation Management Representative for the Great Clips Franchise at Stanton Plaza, I can tell all Veterans, No Veterans Discount, only Active Duty. It took this person 3 emails to admit this. I recommend that Veterans find some place else. These people do not honor the committment and Sacrifice required to be Career Military, a "Lifer Dog". Get your free Veterans Day Haircut, but move on to another place that may actually honor our career choice. Active Duty Guys, you will be Veterans too someday. Remember that the next time you need a haircut and go someplace besides great clips.

I had long hair when I went in and tacy shaved it off do not use her. Then she would not stop when I told her to worst experience ever. Now I am at another location getting my hair fixed. do not go to this place. Even asked for mangers number and she did not understand what I was saying.

came in for a online appointment and was skipped by two people then is blonde tried to make excusses. She had a friend cone in and just put him right to the top. One employee was just standing around watching saying she doesn't know how to cut hair but wants to watch.horrible customer service dontbever go here.
