My initial appointment was rescheduled due to inclement weather. Then that rescheduled appointment was canceled via text message with a note saying call to reschedule. I SPOKE with the receptionist and explained my desired services (perimeter retwist AND style). Long story short, that's NOT what she put on the schedule. Despite being short-staffed due to another client who was also wrongly booked, Jaylen took the time to give me the style I desired. He was very understanding of my situation. I appreciate his kindness.

Loc Star has a great team of trained professionals. A few months back, I had a 2 thinning locs that needed replacement and Amber did an excellent job in 5 minutes at the end of my retwist. You will be highly satisfied at this shop.
Yes, you can get ur hair parted. It'll be easier since ur hair is locked. Just call the number listed and ask to speak with the beautician, then explain what u want done to her. I'm sure she can help 😉👍
Hello there- Prices only change if the type of service changes. If you go from locks- in training (every 2 weeks) to coming once a month- the service is upgraded to a regular loc maintenance. If you get interlock service- the price will increase if you have more than 1 inch of new growth
Yeah they are awesome at startups but I have to do a consultation first. But I recommend them wish I started with them. They got me right now tho 🤣
