I took my grandkids yesterday after their graduation we waited 20 minutes to be seated she got our drink order bought the drinks back we ordered our food about 45 minutes later she bought the appetizer we ordered but into the chicken it was undone she came back and got it and fixed another it came out after about 10 minutes that time the cheese sticks were not fried on all sides so I just told her we didn’t want it and I asked where our food was she would check we waited about an hour for a sandwich that was dry pancakes omelet and kids chicken strips. That will be my last visit to that one we looked over and three different tables had been seated after us and when we got our food they were getting their checks. It was just horrible

Our visit it was on sunday...and for a our surprise we get in fast have sit, good atencion for all the crew, the places it was clean and good flavor in the food...the price you know the IHOP regular prices they have....nothing bad. We'll be back 👍🏻

If you have read my reviews you know I almost always give good reviews and I hate to give bad ones. This is one of those, I filled out the survey and checked I would like to talk to someone but 2 weeks and still noting. 6 of us went in on a Saturday afternoon. 5 tables were occupied. The waiter was brand new, dint know the menu, had to keep coming back and asking us questions when entering the order. drinks went unfilled and when i stopped someone else they said they would tell out waiter, same issue with getting check and again in trying to pay. several items came out wrong, some never got corrected. I like IHOP but this one has big issues and management doesn't care.
