First off, good luck even getting a call back or an email. If you decide to try going into the leasing office, 2 out of the 4 times I went in during business hours, the door was locked, with the manager inside and wouldn't unlock the door. This is all AFTER I paid nearly $500 in application and "hold fees". With that being said, I was told that if my credit were not up to par, a $500 risk fee would be assessed before I could move in and I didn't have a problem with that. Fast forward a week later. I finally get a call, and was told that I was denied for credit discrepancies. Without any alternative option given she tells me the only way I can move in is with 10 months paid up front in full. Yes.. over $13,000. And says the $500 that I already paid was non-refundable.. didn't even get an option to pay the risk fee that she mentioned when I applied. This place is a joke, and I feel like my family was robbed and taken advantage of. Stay away from this place.

Our lease will end in November, we will be renewing for another year. Its a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Never had a problem with the neighbors. Personally, one of the best experience we've had living in an apartment complex. They do e-mail you ahead of time if they have to turn off the water. Even then, they hardly ever turn it off. Management is great! Always helpful and nice. You have a question they will help you. Rent is very reasonable, considering you don't pay bills. Also, the apartment inside is very nice and well maintained. Biggest perk, everything is close gyms, fast food, Walmart, gas station etcc. Overall, we've have been very happy with our stay. Thank you!

To avoid being told my rating is for the wrong complex, let me verify- I’m referring to The Crossing apartments at Hialeah Park street and Longhorn in Saginaw at that first light once you enter town. Across from the silos. So there is No confusion. Stay far far away. all of the comments with “wrong place” added by the owner are actually correct, it’s the manager’s childish way of trying to discredit unhappy tenants. Every bad review can’t be a mistake... This place DOES have cops here all the time. The water DOES get shut off on a weekly basis and there is rarely a notice beforehand. The office staff is made of one woman who manages 5 properties so weekly we are sent emails saying the office hours are changing and she’ll be gone most of the time. A couple of weeks ago I received an email at 1:44 Pm that said “the office will be closing at 1:30 today”..... 14 minutes AFTER she left the property we get the email?! If I left work early every time she did I wouldn’t have a job. If you can’t take care of one property, why are you trying to take care of five?! And having to try to leave work every time she does this to make sure you can get home in time to add money to your laundry card or put in a work order for the stuff that’s always breaking etc causes tenants a lot of trouble. People have to miss work because of the manager’s lack of planning/communication/commitment to her job. They find a reason to need to go into your unit monthly, so half the time you’re stressing about how to make that work out with kids and pets. Every email sent to us is ghetto and filled to the brim with grammar issues and half the time you have to have someone try to decipher it with you. Not to mention she sent a mass email out to all the tenants berating someone and calling a tenant a “moron” for all to see. That is incredibly disrespectful and she should have been kicked out and the job should have been given to someone who can handle it. She lies a lot about what is and isn’t her responsibility, which is hysterical considering most of us are not first-time renters and understand how the process works... She takes advantage of us tenants, making sure we have to go out of our way so she doesn’t have to give specific time-frames for repairs and such. When a tenant complains about the way they are being treated by the unprofessional management, they are told they can leave, which of course hurts the tenant’s credit and causes more strife for the tenant. As I said in the beginning- STAY FAR AWAY! I can already guarantee she will have a response for my rating as well, saying I have the wrong place or that none of it is true etc. but I am more than happy to share emails with anyone who is curious to see them. Ask any one of the tenants here and we will gladly show you the ridiculous way she speaks to us via email. UPDATE Note the number of brand new 5-star reviews that have popped up since my very honest review, that should tell you a lot. The timing is suspicious. Two of these comments are from the staff and family of the staff. All I can say is do some research into who you rent from before signing a lease. Check the date of the pictures posted on this site, and even contact the city or police department for any public information they can provide on the reputation of anywhere you consider renting from. I wish I had taken heed to the reviews before moving in here, and now the living conditions have dramatically deteriorated since I posted my review. Management/Landlord retaliation makes sleeping in your own home impossible. Please do your research! UPDATE 6/3/19 I posted pictures to back up my review. I went to do laundry here after not using the laundry room for two months, I walked in to the smell of old diapers and piss, half the washers are broken apart, the trash is overflowing, there are flies and bugs, and trash all over the floor. I will continue spending money elsewhere to do my laundry.

We have been living here for a year and have literally never had a problem. The apartments are quiet and my kids are able to play outside freely with no problems. We have never had any issues with staff or management. The manager is very compassionate and is always willing to help you when you need help.
