I was kind and asked for my burger to be well done and for the fries to not be too burnt, even wished them a blessed day. The burger came out decent but my fries were definitely what was left over. This McDonald's ALWAYS has a long line, meaning they don't know what tf they're doing. The McDonald's on Western isn't any better.

The service inside has always been nice and pleasant. The kids play area can get a little wild at times but I have met a good amount of other moms here and they have al been just as amazing.

Depending on time and day your experience can range from good to pathetic. Weekend crews are bringing this place down. Someone needs to teach these young ones how to conduct themselves while performing their duties and hold them accountable. Getting paid good to provide terrible customer service. However the manager did note the discrepancies and appeared to be serious about dealing with the individual that was lacking. Over all is not a bad Mc D. Food hot and fresh.

Fast and tasty, but customer service needs improvement. Staff yesterday changed up in middle of order, cashier did not verbally respond when I asked them to round up for the Roland McDonald's house, staff wrapping left sandwich half- wrapped, and person serving just stared at me, no greeting.
