A coworker ordered me a pizza from these guys as a gift. Said coworker pre-paid a tip. So these jerks decided it wasn't worth knocking and left the pizza on my doorstep for the local wildlife. I sat here on my couch watching the front door for a half an hour during my lunch break. These guys managed to turn a nice surprise into a bad hungry day. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered for pick up and it took over an hour from order time until it came out of the oven. I stood in the lobby for a good 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. They had plenty of workers, they were just overwhelmed I guess.

I order often from this location. Never really had any issues always on time and fresh. Today was a different story. I ordered online as always and It did not show up. I called after an hour of waiting to find out they had technical difficulties and my order was lost. They ended up giving me a refund and made my order free of charge and had it delivered. Thats what I call great customer service..

Went here on 1/21/22. Me and another customer stood in the lobby completely ignored for about 5 full minutes while the 7-8 people cooking and folding boxes didn’t say anything to us or even acknowledge our existence. I don’t leave reviews often but this was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Had to shout at them over the noise to get their attention to pick up my online order, which was ready by the way but it’s not going to magically fly to me until an employee helps. One of our pizzas was burnt too

That's quite unfortunate I've never had that problem with them, but I always order my food online. I have had to call to amend an order I placed online. My calls were answered promptly and I've only had one issue with this particular Domino's and that was recently and it was just that my sandwich wasn't made as well as it should have been. My suggestion would be to either order online where you can send them a note, or continue to call until somebody eventually answers. If this is an ongoing problem I would suggest getting their general managers information and logging a complaint. If this doesn't happen on a regular basis I would say give him a break this one time they might just be busy since it's Friday night.
Really good as far as ive seen, all the workers wear masks.
I love Domino's everytime I order delivery they have it to my house within 30 minutes
