The apartments are filthy. They have had 3 managers this year alone. Ridden with bedbugs that the tenants are required to pay hundreds of dollars per spray. Office is closed more than it is open and emergency maintenance does not respond to flooded apartments, broken air conditioners are not working with residents that are asthmatics and other illnesses. I am submitting this to BBB and the State Department of Health. Please HELP!
