This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. I go multiple times a week and today was the worst experience I have ever had. I get the same order everytime and everytime it is done correctly today, I stop through to get my coffee and my mom's and my mom's is the most simple coffee I get she gets vanilla and today she said it tastes like caramel. Mine sounds a bit more complex but isn't I just like my coffee extra sweet. After she finally takes my order I get up there the girl working says nothing and takes my card and then proceeded to turn around and started talking about girls from her school with 3 other girls. Then when she hears me say something about how she is acting to my mother in the passenger seat she then decides to be nice and tell me have a nice day with an eye roll and cocky tone.

Iced coffee is normally consistent, very enjoyable. Ordered iced tea with stevia and when i asked if it had stevia in it, the worker said "yes" and it had none ... Don't know if it was just an oversight or what, but this Dunkin is not ran well at all and the higher ups need to take a look at it

Stopped here for breakfast, and I hate to say it, but this was the most disappointing meal I've had in a long while. An order of hash browns consists of only 6 bite sized rounds, 3 of which were burnt. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant....the croissant was dried out and the cheese wasn't even melted. The sourdough breakfast sandwich really stole the show, though. Cheese not melted, bread not toasted, and roughly half the sandwich was just bread. The eggs weren't seasoned at all.....no salt or pepper. Just a bland rubbery disc. I couldn't even finish it. Makes me wonder if this is how all Dunkin locations are, or if this is just a particularly bad one.

Lines are so long, was there this weekend and the line was completely surrounding the building. Never makes the same drinks consistently. I ordered a iced coffee but what I got looked like milk with a few ice cubes floating around. If you don't specifically state regular sugar they will use liquid sugar which is awful. You would think that dunkin donuts have a protocol on how drinks should be made and that staff will follow the directions seeing how their biggest competitor is right next door. So what I'm trying to say is your drink is made according to the mood of the staff on duty.
