This is my second day coming and something hasn’t been right I came on 5/3/2022 my drink was messed up I gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered my venti iced matcha with soy and get here and was told there was no matcha but I was aloud to order on the app I also didn’t get my full refund either

Dragon drink was refreshing, not too sweet & just perfect for what I needed to add with my food from chipotle.

You can tell they are feeling the sting of other local locations either got shutdown or haven't reopened due to staffing as they were a lot of people waiting long time to get their order. I ordered online and still was about 35mins from the time I placed the order to getting the order completed. Those that ordered in the store were likely just as long. They had the staff, just not the room for things to flow well.

For pick up in the morning, they placed someone else's food bag in front of my drink. So I had to touch someone's food bag while also having to touch a drink without being able to read it's label hoping it was mine. All the hoopla about COVID, wearing masks, etc, is moot at that point. Also, pretty busy in the mornings. Drive through line is long and my app order took almost 20 minutes to complete. Otherwise, the drinks are on par with other Starbucks locations as you expect from Starbucks. As for dine-in, quite a few seats blocked but there are still 4 tables available indoors for dine-in and they are usually not occupied. They also have their patio still open with quite a few tables available.
