Authentic, affordable, friendly and MY KIDS FAVORITE…. I have a very picky eater for a child and this is one of the only places she will eat meat from. The staff is like a family I never knew I had or needed! There is now a bar you can sit at while you wait for a to-go order. Or eat in the relaxed environment with plenty of conversation with their happy and friendly staff. I have been been a long standing customer for more than 10 years. I was introduced here by a native to Guadalajara & I only mention this to speak to the authenticity and flavor of their meats. Absolutely delicious.

Taco Tuesday #41 at Los Carboncitos was amazing! The service was amazing, we had one of every taco and they were amazing! Our server was great, we met the owner and he invited us back. I highly recommend going to Los Carboncitos. We will definitely go back for lunch and to film another Real Estate video here!
