This location does not care about in person orders or customers. If you wait in line you are bumped for every online/mobile order that comes in as you wait. I have been multiple times and waiting over 25 minutes while there are 3-4 people in line, and countless mobile orders cut in front of you as you are lowest priority. I kept going thinking it would get better but it never has, so i don’t go anymore. Why they don’t have a proper ordering queue for walk ins is beyond me.

This is THE WORST chipotle- first of all the google website says open till 10 pm and on a Saturday night- there should be an understanding that people want to come in till close. We came in 20 minutes till close, no one said a single thing to use for 10 minutes, and when we finally got to order we were given half the serving scoop of everything (but paid full price). Then to make it even worse a rude blonde girl came around and started spraying the glass, spraying cleaning product on us WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO ORDER. We couldn’t even order because she was in the way?? Then our burritos were wrapped so poorly they came apart the second we opened them at home. I would literally rather drive 15 minutes across town than walk to this one by my house.

We were excited to go to the original Chipotle. The sign is cool. Disappointed the inside is very small with very limited seating. Took our food down the street to a picnic table. Service was average. Food was good...fresh, warm, guac was green not brown.

For Chipolte fans, this is the original restaurant started back in 1993. Same food as all the others. Cool place to stop in if you're in the area.
