As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jackie, who was bubbling with personality and great energy. After talking logistics, she showed me cars, but nothing caught my eye. I got a call a few nights later with a car she said I would love. I left almost immediately to go check it out and got to the dealership a little after 8pm. Jackie was right on the money. This car was exactly what I had in mind and she managed to make it within my budget. She stayed with me until after midnight closing the deal. There were some minor cosmetic issues with the car that we didn’t notice on that rainy night. I went back at a later time and Jackie went above and beyond helping me get the car looking how I wanted. She even got down on the ground to detail the rims for me. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. She came through on all her promises and just did everything possible to make me a happy customer - all the while laughing our tails off. If you want to buy a Mazda or trade-in do not go to Walkers Renton they tried to offer us a trade-in price of less then the Kelly blue book price for a certified Mazda which is ridiculous because the car is worth more then that. Toyota of Bellevue was willing to offer us a much higher price for the car based on Kelley blue book and willing to go higher and even negotiate. Walkers only cares about making as much profit as possible and can't even negotiate with their customers on a certified Mazda that they can sell for more then what they are offering us. They don't care about giving their customers a good experience.

Decided it was time for a new vehicle and wanted to go back to a manual transmission. With only a handful of brands still offering a manual it gave advantage to focus my search. I've liked and admired Mazda's for years but last time I was seriously considering I was turned off by the goofy "smiley" faced front end of that era. The newer models have beautiful and clean lines. I visited Walker last week hoping to have a chance at testing a 3 hatch with the 6 speed manual. Unfortunately (and most common) no manuals on site at the time. Fortunately Kaitlyn was there to help and found a potential right fit and had it delivered to the lot for me to test drive. From my first time sitting in the drivers seat it was only 20 minutes before I was asking Kaitlyn to start the paperwork. Kaitlyn is a car lover and very knowledgeable. She shared her story of her 1st early Miata bought while still in High School. Drove past it daily on her way to and from school and finally knocked on they owners door to negotiate a deal. I got fair trade in on my previous vehicle. Location, parking, service, etc all good. The finance person got me through the process fast and a great finance deal through BECU. Highly recommended. Ask for Kaitlyn.
