As a paying coustomer, we should AT LEAST get the service we pay for I don't understand how this is acceptable!! For the last two months I've been paying for a service I dont get. So I guess I been donating?? I'm desperately trying to find a alternative solution!

The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing (in the billing department). They could save so much time and resources by updating their billing and customer service departments. This is a typical result of a business not having any competition.

I just want to give a big shout out to the people at Olympic Disposal. In the years I have lived in my home they have never had to pick up my garbage at 6pm. It has always been done by the early afternoon at the latest....most days by 11 am. I know how the labor shortage has affected everyone and while I don't know why they were behind I do know that for a moment I wondered what I would do if they weren't here like the lack of drivers causing shortages in stores. I just want to say I appreciate EVERYBODY who shows up to work everyday during this period where so many people choose not to. Thank you.

I am the guy who will pick up your garbage on Alice tomorrow. Unless there is inclement weather that prevents me from getting to your destination pickup will be on its normal day..
Good question Mr. Thorn. To answer your question yes their will be. Just make sure to place you garbage out by 7 in the morning and place at least 5 feet from any standing objects. And for future reference the days 3 days that they don't pick up is Thanksgiving Christmas and New Year's Day

Good evening Linda I apologize that I was unable to service your road last Friday due to the snow and the ice and a lack of turn around I was unable to move down your Road safe. If I were to have driven down your road last Friday since it is a one-lane road and if the truck would have shifted One Direction or the other and I would have blocked access to the road it would have created a huge fire hazard especially this time of year people have open fires in our house. I hope you understand and look forward to servicing your garbage when it is safe to do so
If the paint is dry it would be ok to toss. If it's in it's liquid state it's not recommended and some paints have a chance of combusting when mixed with other materials... if its in the liquid state and you have a lot. Contact your city dump ( not the garbage company) and find out when the hazardous material drop off days I believe it's a Tuesday but don't quote me on that.
