What a premium experience and a great product! We've worked with Olympic Hot Tubs twice now and both times were the best of experiences. Yes the hot tub is amazing and we love it, but what sets this place apart is the elevated level of service. From our initial call to the final set up this team was top notch, taking care of every detail. They delivered to us out in the boonies, came back to set the tub up, and then came out again to do a final check. My timeline moved sooner and sooner which they accommodated making sure that we were using our new tub by an important date. Now on to the tub, we bought a HotSpring Rhythm which is the second HotSpring we have the first being a Relay, and both are awesome. The first we've had for 6 years without one issue. I would highly recommend this place, its the only hot tub shop we will ever work with.

We love our HotSpring hot tub!! We had a great experience from beginning to end. John was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to do a test soak in multiple tubs and compare saltwater system vs. regular. We chose the saltwater system and love it. The delivery crew was great and our orientation and set up was a breeze. The service center is very responsive when we have questions and love that we can order supplies shipped right to our door. Our hot tub has been a very welcome oasis this past year and a worthy investment. Thanks to everyone at Olympic!

Walked in to look at hot tubs, reps were talking to other customers. Did not expect service right away, but they did not even acknowledge us or let us know they would be with us eventually. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, we walked out and ended up buying a hot tub from another retailer that offered amazing service despite being very busy. You lost a sale.

We went investigating the possibility of a hot tub 2 1/2 years ago. I’d been aware of Olympic Hot Tubs advertising since the 70’s and I began Googling various local spa companies, the reviews I found with the best feedback were about Olympic Hot Tubs. To carry it a bit further, we live in Tacoma so most would have thought we’d go to the Fife store, but numerous reviews specifically mentioned a young salesperson by the name of Kim who worked at the Lacey location. So, we set our sights on seeing for ourselves. As we walked in Kim introduced herself and invited us to look around and feel free to ask any questions we might have. Great! No pressure, I thought was my visceral response. We told her a little bit about our needs and what size we thought we might like. She showed us several models and invited us to come and take a test soak. We didn’t take her up on the soak right away, but we had a pretty good idea what model best suited our needs. We told her the Hot Springs Aria was a little above our budget, and she offered the possibility of using financing to help. With that we decided we needed to plan a budget with what we were comfortable financing. Fast forward 2 years and because we worked on our credit portfolio, our line of credit availability tripled. At that point we special ordered the tub, cover, and shell we wanted. Mind you we still hadn’t taken a test soak yet, which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else to do, but we lucked out and when we did get it, the Aria was everything we’d hoped it would be. We ordered our spa in March for a delivery in October. The entire process was stress free, no pressure, and Kim was a gem to do business with. She made sure we had all the specifications necessary for the pad and electrical requirements as well. Through either phone calls or emails she was always quick with a response and if she wasn’t available John offered the same quick answers to anything we inquired about. Two weeks ago the tub was delivered by knowledgeable fellas and it took less than 30 minutes. I had an electrician come out and hook everything up and then we scheduled a technician to come out and walk us through the fill and set up, covering literally everything we needed to do and all the chemicals to maintain our tub for the first year. We’ve operated the spa now for about a week and a half and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the sales to the technical side of things Olympic Hot Tubs has been there for us at every turn. I know I’ve penned over a page of describing our experience, but I want to emphasize that THIS is what great customer service and support is about. All the stuff before the sale is a given. It’s what they do after the sale that you discover where the true value is. They care so much about customer satisfaction that they want everyone to enjoy their spa experience, that they even help those who didn’t buy their spa from them. The more you learn about caring and maintaining a spa for yourself, the more enjoyment you’re going to get from your investment, not to mention a piece of mind. Needless to say, I am thrilled to have done business with Kimberly and Olympic Hot Tubs and I strongly suggest you give them the opportunity to show you the same salesmanship and service they’ve given to me and my wife. You won’t be disappointed!

We carry filters for selected hot tubs. Some will work for Apollo Spas. Best to call the showroom and provide the filter number to see if we have one that will work.
