My wife and I moved in here a week ago, and everything about the experience has been above and beyond. From calling to ask about available apartments they were very quick and we put down the deposit the same day we called. Once we got the keys and started moving in there were a few problems: ei broken shower and dishwasher, but each problem we’ve found and put in an order for maintenance has been resolved in less than 24 hours, including ordering and installing a new dishwasher. I’ve never seen this high of a level of service and caring for the tenants, my wife and I couldn’t be more happy to have moved in here. The complex is nice and quiet, and management has been absolutely fantastic in answering our questions and getting us settled in. I would highly recommend these apartments to anybody looking to move to the Lacey/Olympia area!

Capitol Club was the first place we lived in Oly. We were barely 18 and fresh out of high school, so the best part of this place was that they rented to us at all. We had a one bedroom one bath. It is very small, but we knew that going in. The staff was friendly. Storage spaces were small and cost Extra, with practically nowhere in the apt to store things. But other than that the accommodations were fine and the pool room was fun. The worst part of CC was the cockroach problem; one night I woke up in the middle of the night and found hundreds of them all over. Ugh. On the bright side, once we alerted the staff they took care of the problem quickly, at least in our apartment. My car was stolen one night from our parking space and when we recovered the car we found needles stashed under the seat. Some neighbors are friendly, though. All in all for just a few hundred bucks a month more you can find a place that is much better quality, but CC is about the cheapest they come in the area and it’s not too terrible.

Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you have a pet. They told us that we were paying a pet deposit that would be used when we moved out, but when we did move, none of the $500 we played them was used. The apartment was tiny, and old and there was asbestos in the ceiling, but they were charging similar rent as new buildings. The units are also full of mold. On top of that, they charged us another $600 after we moved out for things the pet fee/ deposit should have been used to cover. The doors are directly next to each other, and you can easily hear the people in the units next to yours. Literally the only thing decent about this complex is the maintenance guys. Every single one of them is lovely. In response to their reply: Even with the fee being nonrefundable, it should have been used for those issues. EVERY other apartment complex I've lived in has done so. They literally took the money for the pet fee, and didn't apply a CENT to cleaning the apartment. NOT A SINGLE CENT! Even though we were told when we discussed the fee with the office staff that' what the fee was for. I'ts a SCAM!

A one star is way to much for this apartment complex...they suck. I broke my lease early and hired a cleaning company to come and clean the apartment and paid 160 for the cleaning company to clean. And after I move out the apartment charges me another 130.00 for a full apartment cleaning. They steal your money and don't care about it. They charged me 20 dollars for new drip pan and they replaced them a week earlier prior to me moving out... how is that possible. My closet and room was filled with mood and the place smelled horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING HERE. Don't do it they'll take your money. It's not worth it.
