Sunset Air did an excellent job in ordering and installing an exterior door. The only difficulty we faced was getting a hold of the Division Manager, which was needed to take the measurements for the door and to select the style of the door to order. When I called the Sunset Air Office, I would be directed to the manager’s voicemail. I would highly recommend calling his cell phone number, which he lists off in his recorded voicemail. Once I was able to connect with him by cell, he was very responsive. After getting a hold of him, the rest of the process went by quite smoothly. Our door was ordered and installed all within about 1 month. The installation crew was excellent. They got the job done within a few hours, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I also received a call immediately after the intstall was complete to ask if I was satisfied with the work. I will be using Sunset Air for future projects.

Robert has been to our house several times. He has always professional, helpful, and just plain fun! We look forward to him coming, and he comes here twice a year. No other contractor has so much respect and welcome in our home. I can’t say enough good about him and his visits. Our dog sits in the garage because she enjoys watching him work. He’s a family member.

The installation of a heat pump to my existing furnace to provide heat and air conditioning ran into supply problems in actually getting the equipment. But, once received the installation went very well with the installation crew being very professional! Everyone at Sunset Air that I have dealt with has been knowledgable and helpful!
