We love Grateful Dogs! Our dog has really crazy hair and they always are able to manage it. They are on par with service prices for the area. Our dog always loves to see Star. She always comes home beautiful and smelling good. Definitely recommend 👌

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! Today my ten pound chiweenie got his nails trimmed here. The lady was overly aggressive and got his quick on his back paw. I understand that sometimes that happens but the way she handled it was so inappropriate and unprofessional. She snatched him up aggressively in a way that was borderline abusive and then semi treated the wound. When she gave him back his paw was still badly bleeding. It was only because my SO made her keep putting the powder on it for ten minutes that it stopped. If you can't be compassionate and patient with small creatures then do not work with them. I used to frequently come here when they were at their old location but because of this experience I will never bring my dog back here. I cant imagine how they treat their other animals if that's how they treat a ten pound innocent dog when they didn't realize their owner was watching.

I am personally happy with the grooming my dogs get here. I'm cautious, though, and I have temporarily removed one star due to all-new staff. I will update as appropriate. UPDATE: Very solid people!

My family has taken our dogs to these wonderful, talented and carrying people since they were off of Pacific, it was a little tiny shack of a place. Now they have a doggy day care. I always recommend them!
