Jenniie is the best!! I'm a "returning rider" — after 3 decades not riding on 2 wheels. Accordingly, I had tons of questions about choosing the right bike, proper PPE (protective gear), and about obtaining professional training to bring my skills up to par. The Sales Floor was exceeding busy when I arrived at the showroom. Despite being a part of the Service Department (i.e., not in Sales), Jenniie came over and introduced herself, and went out of her way to patiently take the time to learn what my requirements, concerns, and goals were. Every recommendation Jenniie made was 'spot-on', and she connected me with appropriate Sales, and other personnel on Staff where warranted. Jenniie's cheerful, "can-do" personality — along with her genuine care for the customer and rider — made my return to biking a seamless, pleasant experience. The evidence: 30 days ago I owned zero bikes. I now own, and enjoy two motorcycles and have all the proper safety gear to boot. Without Jenniie's help, this journey would have had a lot more 'bumps'. This shop is always fun to visit. Everyone who works there is friendly and amazing. Kelly helped me find the right Harley that worked for me. If you spend 5 mins talking with Kelly, you can tell he loves anything with 2 wheels to include Harley. Kelly didn’t waste time showing me bikes that didn’t work for my needs. We went straight to the ones that were an ideal fit for what I wanted to do on a Harley, after a test ride, I rode away on my 2022 Road Glide.
