Mrs. Suzanne has been an absolute dream! I’ve been taking my girl Carmen to her for a while and had to stop due to unforeseen health issues that Carmen had experienced. Fast forward a few months later and we came back and Mrs. Suzanne accepted Carmen again with open arms and has taken such thoughtful care with my girl and provided helpful tips and reassurances as she was growing back her full coat. Every time I take Carmen in to get groomed, it has been an amazing experience. Both my dog and I completely trust Mrs.Suzanne (and Carmen can be a hard one to win over). She builds a relationship with the dog and you can see the genuine love and care she pours into her clients during her YT videos. It brings absolute joy and tears to your eyes seeing someone care for your pup as much as you do.

Suzanne was amazing with our little rescue puppy. He's partially blind in one eye, and is nervous meeting new people. She put him right at ease. She loves what she does and it shows. He needed a lot of cleaning up. Now he's all cleaned up (THANK YOU!) and somehow still looks adorable. We look forward to our future grooms and seeing how Henry evolves through the process (inside and out). The patience, care, and service he was given will keep us coming back. Suzanne and Alexis are just amazing! So caring and gentle with my Pixie. Just this week, my granddaughter accidentally got slime on her fur. I called the first thing the next morning in a panic. Suzanne was so accommodating and got me an appointment right away. As always, Pixie looked beautiful after her groom.

Suzanne Grande has been grooming my fur babies since 2006. I have followed her regardless of her location. She’s so talented and patient. My babies always look great when they leave her salon. Sometimes I feel like she know my puppies better than I do. There’s just no one like her. 100% I highly recommend her!
