Since I was a little boy, I have read, trained, and competed with my best friends, Portuguese Water Dogs Babalou, SambaLaBambababy, and yabbadabbadooPuppup. In my passion / hobby I have met a lot of dog experts and veterinarians. Veterinarian medical clinic is consistently the best I’ve ever seen.

Unfortunately, we all know that one day the time comes for our fur babies to cross the rainbow bridge…and it is never easy. My poor parents had to face this today, and sadly, they had to bring her here instead of their usual vet. After a long, happy, life…her body was shutting down and her quality of life was no longer measurable. So, after many months of holding on and coming to terms…the hard decision was made to bring her in. Instead of compassion and professionalism, my family was met with a rude desk attendant and a judgmental, condescending doctor who made them uncomfortable by suggesting that she might’ve just “gotten into something.” She could not walk and was not capable of such. The poor attitude and implication was clear- as if my family had not cared well enough for our beloved family member - was disgusting and uncalled for…especially during this difficult time. Not to mention the people laughing and yelling in the hallway right outside the door while my family solemnly said their goodbyes, trying to tune out the unprofessional, inconsiderate behavior. If you have been in business for so long, you should know by now that a little COMPASSION goes a LONG way. You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this experience.

Love this vet clinic! Have been coming here for quite some time. I’d really appreciate if they could give a heads up to their clients when there is a price change.

Dr. Vaughn was great, she spent a lot of time giving me a very detailed explanation of my dog's condition. I can't say the same for the front desk/reception. Some of the people have bad attitudes. My last time going, they tried to charge me $260 for a $60 medicine. I questioned them twice and they insisted. Right before I left they admitted they made a mistake.
