It took me awhile to make a review; we lost our best pal in May. BluePearl was the best care and service we could have ever hoped for during this difficult time. They were compassionate and highly knowledgeable. I wish they were everywhere so we could be assured of this level of care in the future. Their billing was also spot on, despite several changes from the estimate. Their attention to details after the passing was as kind as the services rendered. I can’t give a higher recommendation for emergency medical care for our pets.

There are three special individuals I wish to call out at able Pearl ER. First is Dr. Reems! He is one of the surgeons who operated on Baby Ortiz that is 8 for a dislocated knee and torn ACL. It ended up being a more complicated surgery that had to change mid course. However Dr. Reems made his surgery a success and he’s now putting weight on it. He has a very warm and endearing personality. We are so pleased with what he did for Ortiz we are having him remove two cancerous masses on our other dog that we just found out about yesterday. We trust him whole heartedly with our precious fur babies. Second person I want to call out is Sarah who did Ortiz’s in take. She had to deal with some very nervous parents and explained everything so thoroughly. We felt so much better knowing Sarah was caring for our scaredy pup Ortiz. Last person I want to call out is Christina. She not only ran his anesthesia and did it perfect, but discharged him and made sure we felt good before leaving. She also kept us informed through out the surgery. She was amazing. And would trust all three of them with our babies. I am only giving this 4 versus 5 stars as the front desk can be a bit of a challenge to work with due to them being understaffed. Look forward to them getting back at full staff. All the doctors and vet techs though are amazing, worth the wait, and the investment. They took great care of our not so good dog Ortiz at vets. By the time he was back there for a recheck he was at ease due to the comforting staff. We look forward to another successful ACL surgery for Ortiz on the other leg and the removal of Finn’s cancer masses. Thank you so much Dr. Reems, Sarah, and Christina and Blue Pearl staff!!!

BluePearl Pet Hospital Tampa Bay I can’t thank you enough for saving my Melly. You all do not get enough credit for the work you do on a daily basis. The attentiveness and care you showed for my girl was just amazing. Everyone was so compassionate from the doctors to the techs. I knew from the beginning that you all would take care of Melly. So thank you so much. I know it’s your job but you all went above and beyond. It made me feel at such peace knowing that she was in the best hands in Tampa! Thank you for everything. If you want the absolute best care in Tampa I highly recommend.

Blue Pearl was excellent, from the staff, size of the facility, expertise, and cleanliness we were all around pleased with our visit. Vivian, Talia, Dr.Stone, Lizzy, and everyone else we encountered throughout our time there were beyond pleasant and made us feel like they genuinely wanted to be at work and help all the animals that were brought in. They did an excellent job of explaining how our dog was doing while she was in the back, what they were able to diagnose, and what would happen going forward. Thank you very much for all yalls hard work and dedication, while expensive, we would 100% bring our dogs back in case of an emergency situation.
