I went in here the other day and the place looked like a tornado had passed through. Mismatched shoe boxes, missing price tags, piles of shoes on the ground. I asked if it had been a busy weekend and they said no they hadn't cleaned up since black Friday. It's mid January... the other DSW in Jantzen Beach looks like a normal store. Go there instead.

This is one of the best shoe shop. Staff is very good at customer service. One of staff member Allen helped me choosing the right size and explained about wide varieties and also he was there till I am happy with show pair. I really appreciate his service I would recommend DSW to my friends
