I had good experience with these folks. I was having minor surgery at the Regional Surgery Center in Vancouver. Planned on using a medical transport but after FOUR time changes for check in (and changing it four times with original transport) they could not accommodate me at the early hour I needed. I called Radio Cab, they booked for a 6am pick up on the 16th. Driver was on time and pleasant. I was impressed that he took the time to make sure he dropped me off at the correct place. I had already given the credit card to them when booking. I wanted to a percentage tip but apparently you can't do that when in the cab. I didn't have any cash on me as requested by the surgery center. I felt bad I couldn't tip the driver, he was so kind and accommodating at an early hour. Absolutely awful service. My grandma waited at Kaiser for over 4 hours and then they told us it would be 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called back for a status update. They told me it would be 2-4 hours. How absolutely insane!! I’m beyond frustrated!!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened either.
