Wonderful experience with Haight. The rep from Haight came to our house multiple times and brought different samples to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. They wanted to make sure that we were getting exactly what we needed, and it was important to them that we received the right kind of carpet for our situation, not just the most expensive type. They communicated extensively throughout the process, and made sure that we were informed each step of the way as to what was happening. On the day of install, their team arrived on time, and we were greeted by a polite and friendly group of folks ready to move the necessary furniture, and remove the old carpet. Their entire team seemed to know exactly what they needed to do, and they made sure that all of my questions were answered before they started their work. The upstairs of the house was emptied before we knew it, and their installers arrived early to begin prepping before all of the old stuff was even out! Their installers made sure to protect our hardwood floors on the way to the areas being carpeted, and moved very quickly. Our entire upstairs floor and stairs were completed before 3pm. Once complete, their team returned to move all of the furniture back into place, and even asked me if I needed any additional assistance moving anything else. I had them move a couple of smaller pieces of furniture I had originally moved myself, and they were more than happy to do so. The entire process end to end was super easy, and I would highly recommend Haight to anyone looking to have their carpet replaced!

When your home is completely furnished and lived in, replacing carpet is not a comfortable thought. The Haight Logistics Team quickly relieved us of our anxiety by carefully and efficiently moving furniture from one room to another, then following up after carpeting was completed by returning furniture back to its proper place. All this without any supervision from us... we just kicked back and relaxed. I can highly recommend Haight Carpet and their whole team of caring professionals!
