Very professional and courteous. Water Damage Proclean of Redmond were available immediately and did a very good job with the hazardous clean up that we needed. Great follow up as well.

We Had PuroClean handle the Water clean up from our home. I was impressed how quick they were to get on site and completed the remediation. We are Remodelers by trade and to be able to partner with other companies to keep jobs on time is essential. In this case it allowed us to keep helping our clients why The PuroClean team got in and got done what they needed to.

We had a water leak issue in the kitchen a couple weeks ago, and was informed water mitigation action is needed right away. Fong and his team came and did a complete check for kitchen, first floor, dry wall and crawl space. They provided a quick plan to dry wherever got impacted, and dried everything in less than two weeks. The team is kind professional and helpful. It’s a pleasure to do business with them!

I could not have been more pleased with how PuroClean mitigated some recent water damage. Brandon always kept me up-to-date on the anticipated schedule, the action plan, and always called to confirm their arrival times. They honored "social distancing" and their work was clean, thorough and complete. Professionally, they were top-notched and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this crew!

First, contact a water-damage restoration company, such as PuroClean of Redmond/Woodinville, as soon as possible. Don’t wait, as water can cause mold and irremediable damage to the wood, walls, and carpet in your home. Then, contact your insurance company to start the claim process. If safe, shut off the utilities in your home to avoid further damage. Don’t enter your home if it has suffered structural damage. Don’t walk through floodwater if electricity hasn’t been turned off and to avoid contaminants.
This depends on the degree of the damage, your home’s layout, and your comfort level. As an alternate plan, talk with your insurance agent about off-site housing and staying at a hotel – these might be covered by your policy.
Depending on the situation, we have a variety of proven tactics we use to remove and re-mediate mold. If the mold is growing on a porous material (i.e., drywall), we will remove the material and treat the structure it was attached to (i.e., wood studs). Other tactics include cleaning with a solution that will remove the mold on the surface, and then bring the mold particles that are deeper in the material to the surface, where we can vacuum with our specialized equipment.
