Matheus lumber contacted me through my general contractor that my windows were ready for pick up, I left a voice mail with them to confirm this, crickets... i then called them and said I was coming to pick up the windows. They said that’s fine. I left seattle and took two days off work to travel to Ellensburg, rented a trailer. When I arrived they said they didn’t have them. That was one email, one voice mail, one personal phone call, and still they screwed up my order. If you use these guys, don’t trust a thing they say, follow up everything. Oh, and btw, they blamed Covid, give me a break.
