As much as I enjoy the product it self. I was not pleased at all with the Manager in the Spokane,WA area. She did not follow through with the promise of her words & actions, which is very unprofessional and taking a long time to reply back and expecting you to be available right then. No thanks, not a place I will bother working with this experience.

Tastes great, but beware, it contains Sucralose (AKA: Aspartame) Will change my rating to a 5 star review when they remove this unhealthy ingredient from their product and replace it with a natural sweetener replacement that is not dangerous. I'm very disappointed that they don't make it very clear on the packaging that it is considered by many to be a dangerous ingredient. I just bought a large container at Costco for almost 30.00 and I feel like I've been conned.

I love ZipFizz but not at full strength. I use 1 tube for 2 servings. 1 1/2 tsp per 16 oz of water or else I use the whole tube in a pitcher with approximately 25-32 oz of water. I also like to combine it with iced tea for flavoring. I am on prescription strength Prevacid which reduces my absorption of B vitamins. ZipFizz helps replenish my B's and also ensures that I drink more fluids. I like almost every flavor I've ever tried.

Questions & Answers

As a person who is concerned about how much plastic garbage is around the world, I was wondering if there is another way to purchase the drink other than in the small plastic containers. I love the drink, but am feeling more hesitant to buy it.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our plastic tubes protect Zipfizz from air and moisture which can quickly harden the powder. We’ve tried different options but the tubes work best. They are #5 plastic which is recyclable with all of your other household plastics. If we ever update our packaging, we will be sure to let our customers know.

why are you only package 20 in a box and not 30 as before when I buy I buy for 30 days and also I guess you don't give all flavors to cost co cvan I buy from you?

They sell boxes of 30 tubes at Costco. Or you can buy a Combo pack online with 10 each of Fruit Punch, Orange Soda and Grape.

Love the product, tastes great and gives the caffeine I want. It's also apparently healthy. My only complaint is that the stuff goes up like a baking soda volcano when mixed with water. Why is this and is there any way to stop it?

It's a carbonated powder mix and it's recommended that you take a sip out of your water bottle to allow room for that to happen.
