Dr. Marxen and his team are hands down the best. They are all so caring. Boni and Elizabeth at the front desk are two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They go over and above with every interaction, no matter if it’s dealing with insurance, payments or emergency appointments. I have a huge fear of getting my teeth worked on. This causes me to put off necessary work until I end up in a lot of pain. They never treat me like I should have dealt with it earlier. Their comforting smiles permeate through the entire practice. Dr. Marxen is the not only an artist when it comes to dentistry, he is the most genuine and compassionate dentist I’ve ever been met. His sense of humor always eases my anxiety. He ALWAYS calls in the evenings (on his own time) to check on his patients after they have procedures. Anytime I’ve had an emergency he has responded so quickly.
