If you have their loyalty card, you get free stuff or deals periodically. Took advantage of a free treat and got a "kitchen sink" cookie. Ordered through kiosk and it was ready fairly quickly, but not instantly. It was big and flat, loaded with chocolate chips, maybe a few nuts. Very sweet. Was busy inside for a weekday lunch hour. Free parking in multi use lot at the rear of the building.

This review is for the manager, MARTY, who, despite all the issues we had this morning with ubereats, did everything in his power to make my order right. Sadly I never received my original order, (Uber eats fault) but Marty had wonderful customer service, communicating with me and also trying to make things right. I appreciate his effort to keep me happy and I wish more people treated customers this way. Thank you for everything you did, Marty!

I love the convince of Panera online ordering but this location is usually pretty chaotic. Today was the third time my order was not ready after 20 minutes and then I actually received just half of my sandwich..? Picture attached Other Panera locations usually get it right not sure what's up with this location,..

The managers at this restaurant are amazing. They are so customer service oriented. I came in wanting my favorite lunch of broccoli and cheddar soup with a half chicken chipotle and avocado sandwich. I don't like broccoli and never eat it. However, this soup is so good, I don't even care that I don't usually like broccoli. The young cashier told me they had run out of broccoli and cheddar soup, but the manager ended up checking to see when the new batch was coming out. Left ten minutes later, super satisfied with my broccoli cheddar soup and sandwich. I don't usually go to places and order sandwiches and soup. I do like Subway, because I am way too lazy to cut up all those delicious vegetables I love in my sandwich. However, Panera food is so scrumptious it is worth going to get every once in a while, (especially on a rainy or super-hot day). A lot of people might not salivate over the concept of broccoli soup, however the one at Panera is fantastic!
