For patients under the age of 21, almost all insurances are accepted, including state insurance. For orthodontic patients over the age of 21, some insurances may not be accepted. Please call our office for more details: (206) 242-4121
Yes, they do accept Medicaid (ProviderOne) insurance. ABCD Program.
If you have insurance it should cover the cost but if not it could cost up to $1,000 to 4,000.
