Had two packages come through the Seattle distribution Center at the same time from the same place, they lost one as it never came in. According to my a text alerts they both came here then I never received another text from my missing package. I called to check on the issue/status of my missing package and whomever answered they phone (after 4 attempts to get through) spoke gibberish refusing to communicate. I speak English and Spanish, and they opted to speak in jackass!

There are 3 crazy workers in the entrance office and one black threatening to call the police building guard. Do not work here.

Had a package sent from the east coast and for some reason went to Seattle, WA. I live in Texas. Totally passed my by. Weird, but got a text the next early morning saying it was leaving Kent, WA to its destination only to go back to SEATTLE that afternoon! Wrong direction, boys!! Paid for three day shipping. It’s January and I’ll be luck to see it by March or April. Dropped the ball on this one.

Nice place but you have to unload your trailer

No the distribution center is not for the public.
Some post offices are open Saturdays until 3 PM like the one in Kent on 240th. After that you have to wait until Monday 8 AM. Some private mailing shipping stores may be open on Sunday for drop off, but USPS will not pickup until next working day.
You have to go up to the main window by the Seattle Processing and Distribution Sign in the parking lot and go to the window ring the bell and someone in the office can help you. Hope that works
This is not a regular post office. No mail from the public is accepted here, they just process all the mail for the Seattle area. Parking for the employees is adequate.
You should contact local station to inquire about package
Last year 2021 I was told I had to do it online on my account. I had to have a credit card or debit card to have the address return to sender (me). I did not have any card so I could not do so that way. My attorney in New York gave me a special USPS phone number to call. I did and the person was gracious and changed the instructions. However, that was just a little late before it was acted upon in that specific circumstance. Otherwise it would have worked.
No idea about that. I'm sorry. Make a call to them..they're nice ,pleasant, friendly, professional in attitude and so accomodating staffs ever. Thanks. Have a blessed weekend.
Regular hours.
Nope. The counter here is only for dropping off business mailings.
Call any post office and ask them
Not open to the public & NO Customer Service here so u can't pick up or drop off anything from here..
As far as i know it doesnt each station has its own seperate p o box section open 24 7. To the best of my knowledge
It's a processing & distribution center that's open 24/7 365 days.. ( It's not open to the public bcuz it doesn't have any customer service here..)
They deliver to all addresses. If they have mail for your address it will be delivered.
You can go online and sign up for their online portal. You are able to check status with your mail box. But yes going to your local office v may be easier and or quicker.
It was. It was scanned at the processing center delivered because UW gets so many parcels that the delivery unit couldn't handle them all. All packages for UW are scared this way. Then one of the 7Ton trucks takes them there Monday through Friday. Being a holiday on Monday they probably won't get it till Tuesday.
not here no.
No they don't. It's a mail processing plant so you would have to go to a station to pick up a COA packet.
No customer service counter because it's not a station.
No it's not because it is a mail processing plant. You would have to go to a station to send your letters.
Open 24 hrs a day because it's a mail processing facility
