I had a dryer go out with a high limit switch after 3 months. I called and asked them for service call. The guy came out and told me it was a high limit and he would get back to me. I've not heard from him since. I called the store. The guy hung up on me. I called back the woman said she would send an email to the guy. I have not heard from him. I've called him multiple times for 3 days. I'm still without a dryer or any satisfaction from the store. They just don't care.

I just spent 30 minutes walking around the store. Went there to buy a new stove and built in microwave. Only one other customer in the store. No less than 7 employees some with their feet up on the desk. No one greeted us and no one asked if we needed anything. I think I'll give my money to another's business. Sad because I really liked Albert Lee..

There is nothing in stock. When you go somewhere with a limited time, you'd like to get what you need now. If I wanted to wait for something to be ordered, I'd go on line and order it myself. The only thing you could walk out with was in the scratch and dent section. If I'm going to spend 1000.00 I don't want dented or scratched.

I decided to upgrade my kitchen appliances and worked with Jerry in Tukwila. He helped me pick out appliance that met my needs without overspending. I bought a fridge, stove, and a glass door drink fridge (and later a new hood and microwave). The fridge arrived with a serious issue. Albert Lee got someone out to look at it quickly but thanks to the pandemic getting the part was taking an eternity (I was using the drink fridge as a primary). Albert Lee customer service worked with the manufacturer to get me a replacement fridge before the part was scheduled to eventually ship. They helped me get through a very frustrating situation and I'm now very happy with my kitchen. I would recommend Jerry and Albert Lee in general to anyone who needs appliances.
