I had this company recommended to me by my trusted auto shop. I'm from Kirkland so was not too excited about having to drive to Tukwila for this fix, but boy am I glad I did. This was probably the easiest, most efficient, and excellent auto shop I've ever dealt with. I had a sunroof that was not working. It was an aftermarket sunroof and not opening. It began causing a leak on both side of the inside roo, so I need to get the sunroof fixed to be able to fix the leaks. They were able to fix the leaks and the sunroof, under quoted time, and under budget SAME DAY. Like I said probably the best auto shop experience I've ever had. The staff was very knowledgeable and communicative. A wonderful company I will recommend and be back if I have any further needs in the future.

One of the guys at this shop refuses to help me install led lights on my running boards. I’ve been dealing with them since December of last year, I don’t know what I’ve done to them but they’re refusing my business. 0 stars !

Went to this place to get sunroof replaced because of insurance company. Took three times and three months to get sunroof fixed. 1st time they replaced sunroof but they told me pieces of glass wasn’t taken off completely so my sunshade was broken. 2nd time they try to replace sunshade, they told me there was a problem with the parts and they need to get another one. However when I get my car back, my rear break lights were not functioning……told me they will fix it next time when new sunshade came. Ok 3rd time, everything is fixed. They told me the break light was not working because a part next the chunk lock was broken and has nothing to do with them. Excuses me, I brought the car in with no issue and I got the car back with broken break light. You told me it’s not your fault. May be the part naturally broken when the car stay in this place. Any way I payed for the part and labor of that part because I didn’t want to waste my time arguing it and it was not expensive. I understand it’s a difficult time for everyone and everywhere is short staffed. But the attitude here is not acceptable. Btw they never call me back because they never had my phones number right. Only good thing is at least they get everything fixed and I don’t need to go to another place to fix my break light.

I am more than happy with the excellent installation of my running boards for my van. The running boards look great and feel solid and secure. I was quoted the price, setup an appointment, and how long it would take to complete. The work was completed as promised same day and the final price I paid was as previously quoted. I would definitely do business there again for future needs and would also recommend with no reservations.
