Strange experience..I believe the girl in charge helped us today. I felt like she was unhappy/annoyed when I spoke for my 2 year old son after asking him if he wanted to add on all these extra expenses to the bear. This is something they should ask the parent first before getting the child excited. Unless she is paying?? I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman vs a build a bear worker. She was unenthusiastic, made me uncomfortable/pressured and didn’t make my sons first build a bear experience memorable for either or us. Wasn’t the build a bear “bubbly” personality I remember with my first child. Also, if I’m being honest.. this store really needs the accessory bins cleaned.
