We used Greentop Heating and Cooling to have a minisplit heatpump system installed. Before the work, they were really responsive; answering questions and offering a price for the work that beat the competition. During the installation they were respectful of the home. They put down dust covers and immediately cleaned up after themselves. For the outside lines they offered suggestions that would make installation harder for them but provide a much cleaning finish for us which we very much appreciated. The work also only took only a day and a half to complete. In short, highest praise I can give is that I felt like they installed the system as if they would have done on their own home.

Our house is 100 years old. The last several years, it’s been unbearable on our top floor in the summers. That’s where our bedrooms are. We contacted a different company at first and they said there was no way they could install a heat exchange for us because there was nowhere to put it. Then, a friend recommended GreenTop and they figured it right out. They’re so friendly and knowledgeable. They wanted to make it work for us and they did. Plus, they came in with a very reasonable quote and in the end, came in under it. One day of very unobtrusive work. They didn’t make a mess, and it was done. Now we’re ready for next summer and we don’t need our space heater in our room anymore. Five stars for GreenTop!

GreenTop is by far the BEST mechanical contractor that I have found in the Seattle area. I'm an Architect/Developer and for my own home, i collected 5 different bids for a new minisplit heat pump. GreenTop gave me the best price (by far) and then provided excellent service, which is too often not what one receives from the lowest bidder. Everyone that I dealt with at GreenTop was professional, honest, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure they exceeded our expectations. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend GreenTop to everyone I can.
