I’m glad they thought their lunch was more important then my money. Walked around for 20 minutes no sales man in site also seen another pair of guys noticed they never had service also. Went in to the building to ask questions there was 3 guys inside eating. I let them know I was interested but had questions 1st. I walked back out hoping they would finish soon walked around the trailers again that I was interested in again for another 15 minutes still no one came out. Glad I searched trailer sales while waiting 14 minutes South is Bulldog Trailer Sales. I decided to go see them. Was there less then 15 minutes and left with the trailer I wanted and needed with great price, customer service, and a great quality feel.

Great staff that's very helpful and knowledgeable! We had Bobby help us with a purchase that came with some special requests from us and he was very happy to help us out with whatever we need. We love our trailer and plan to buy a few more from Trailer Boss. They are reasonably priced and they know what they're talking about! They even know the commercial vehicle enforced laws when it comes to combination weight restrictions, etc. If you're thinking about buying a utility, equipment, dump, cargo or any other kind of trailer, go talk to Bobby!

I'll drive further, just to deal with these guys. Best customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and highly recommend to anyone else needing a trailer or repairs.

I needed to replace a simple 7-way, 4-flat wiring connector on my truck. I expected it to take 45-minutes max. They weren't busy, so I got right in on a Saturday morning after calling around for an hour and a half all of the U-Haul stores from Chehalis to Auburn, and everyone else that does hitch installations. They also had the parts, which were competitively priced compared with local auto parts stores. They were also nice folks to work with. One guy was very experienced and knew what to do. The other guy was just starting out, so he was the guy working my job. He had lots of questions for the experienced guy, and had some trouble figuring out the wiring, getting some eye protection, and trying to drill and install the new bracket. He even admitted the he didn't know much about wiring. An hour and a half later, the job was done and everything seemed to work, but I expected the wires to be fully encased in a plastic conduit, and whole that partly happened, there were still some bare wires and the harness was not completely encased. I also asked them to install a wire to connect my canopy dome and brake lights, and while they talked about it, and how easy it could be done, I guess they just brushed it off like they didn't feel like doing it. They charged me around $140 for the repair. A similar job at U-Haul was quoted at $60, $30 for the part and $30 for labor. I'd recommend Trailer Boss because they were able to do a same day appointment, had the parts, and were pleasant to deal with, but they were pricey, and have a little work to do earn a 5-star rating.

They actually do not rent anymore.

Do you have and install a trailer brake control for a 2000 Dodge Durango SLT? If so, how much for both?

We do brake controller installs here. Cost would be dependant on install time and brand of brake controller.
