Was told by the lady at the front desk that the provider takes my insurance. He was not in my network, and now I'm on the hook for over $1000. I was also under the impression he was a real doctor, but he isn't. I was billed like he went to medical school though.

This service couldent be worse .its a small office yet I've waited an hour several times on the phone.the actions of staff is pathedic

I called and used the easy to use telle prompt to get to a receptionist. I was on hold for a half hour to remain in que. I was ninth in line the whole time. I find it strange that they can't help a single customer in half an hour. Most places have an option in the prompt to call people back so they're not on hold.

I see Julie Rice ARNP. She's THE best!! She also cared for my parents before they passed. They LOVED her! She treated them like they were her own parents. The office staff & nurses are just wonderful too. I am grateful for all of them. Sharon Stegner
