Its cheaper than trying to rent a studio apartment and paying for utilities, cable, internet, etc. And they've been doing much better with the maintenance and general operations lately. Love the new ac and mattress!

Possibly one of the cheapest weekly hotels in the Denver metro area. The saying “you get what you pay for” certainly holds true for this establishment. Friendly, helpful staff. The other guests are loud and very territorial, so to speak, as well as very unfriendly. The laundry facilities are horrible. It’s important to note that I have stayed in 3 different rooms over the last 7 weeks and the least amount of time I spent cleaning a room when I moved into it was 6 hours. If you need a cheap place to stay for a week or more and are willing to make concessions regarding sanitation and safety then this is the place

Pretty sure the beds and pillows are filled with rocks. You have to buy your own tp. And the wifi is impossible to connect to

They kept it clean. If I ever had an issue with my room...they were on it the next day to fix it. I never had to wait. The staff is great. The front desk is wonderful. The maintenance man is on his job and housekeeping does exactly that. They addressed every issue I had and did it with a smile on their face. Thank u Intown for not making me feel out of place or like I was just another person taking up a room. They made me comfortable and I always felt safe
