The food was about average, but we had to wait a really long time for our food. The server kept apologizing to everyone that they were under staffed and getting swamped by digital orders. If they can't handle the walk in customers they have they need to turn off digital orders until they get more staff. They shouldn't punish in person customers because they are swamped with digital orders. Each restaurant should prioritize in person customers and only take on work they can handle. The company really needs to look at the manager of this place and shut down digital orders. Horrible experience and only eat here if you want to wait nearly an hour for food. The only reason we didn't leave is because my mom had just got out of the hospital and didn't have the energy to go elsewhere. Restaurants need to know how much worse they can make a person's day. This place needs to learn how to give e customer service.

Really great service. I've come here off and on for years and it's always had decent to good service but the people there now are amazing. My server this time was Terry and she was that perfect balance of attentive. The hostess was so friendly as well both when I came in and on my way out.

Love this IHOP, the staff is always friendly and always tries to get people seated asap and they clean tables quickly. Food is always delicious! I feel so full afterwards!

I ordered the steak tips and eggs and I substituted the pancakes for French toast for an additional charge. My partner ordered a breakfast "brunch Burger" with an over medium egg and a crispy hash Brown on it with a side of fries and we shared a strawberry milkshake and Apple juice and two waters. My steak tips were incredibly overdone they were mealy and felt like they had been over marinated causing it to have no texture but managing to also be dry, mushy, and mealy. There were no onions that were not burned and all the mushrooms were so small they felt non-existent for the most part. I have had this dish 3 times at 3 other IHOP restaurants with great success, so I know I was served a poor quality experience. The hash Browns and eggs on the side were fantastic! They were honestly the 2nd best I've had so far this month. The house Browns were the perfect mix of crispy with a nice tender fluffy inside while still being individual shreds of potato that were not under cooked. The eggs were a perfect over medium and the yolks were amazing and creamy while also being runny a literal perfect over medium egg not an over easy egg that has been disguised. My partner really enjoyed their Burger and ate 2/3 of it before that almost overcooked hashbrown patty became overpowering. Day said that they really enjoyed the crispness of the hashbrown patty and the delicious runny egg. They said that the hashbrown patty could have been just a touch less cooked but it was not burned or over done in a way that was unappealing. They finished all of their fries and said they were the perfect temperature. The French toast on the side of my meal was some of the best thick cut brioche French toast I think I've had since we have been allowed to go back to restaurants safely after getting vaccinated. All and all I would say this is a good safe bet for breakfast or brunch, especially for the staple breakfast items. I would avoid the dinner items at this particular IHOP, and lunch or brunch items are going to be exactly what you expect but maybe a bit pricey. The milkshake has real strawberries in it and was fantastic we finished every drop and really appreciated the extra in the container. Our waitress and hostess were fantastic! Our waitress provided all of the ketchup hot sauce salt pepper and other accessories we would need for a meal before we even asked The other workers were really kicking butt and there were only happy sounds in the whole restaurant. Truly a sight to behold how well they can stack their plates! When I complained about my steak tips but told them I did enjoy the eggs and hash Browns and had finished them they told me they would take half off of my meal in order to compensate for the and eaten steak which was $15 lower down to about $6.50. Definitely worth a trip for breakfast at any time of day or night.

It depends on what you order. Some things have unlimited pancakes with them. Otherwise you'd have to go on a special event day. For instance March 12th was free pancakes day at all ihops. Some events are specific to certain locations tho. 🥞🥞🥞
They may be having issues with their phones, or something similar. I don't believe they have a different number.
